As a classically-trained French chef and Le Cordon Bleu graduate Tamara is passionate about the undeniable difference in quality of free-range, local, sustainable, and organic ingredient sourcing. Emphasizing this same philosophy in Thompson Vineyard’s farming mandate, she believes the less the land is manipulated the more its true spirit is felt through the wines it yields. Tamara has also been a practicing attorney since 2001 with a law degree from UC Davis. She currently coordinates vineyard sales, hospitality, and wine industry relations while balancing business with family life, two very busy children, and a daydreaming husband to keep things running smoothly at the ranch.
